Second wave of bands confirmed for BOBfest 2025: Danko Jones, H-Blockx and Thundermother rock the stage on July 26, 2025!

Germany's biggest rock radio station invites you to the second BOBfest! On July 26, 2025, Danko Jones, H-Blockx and Thundermother will rock the stage at SparkassenPark Mönchengladbach with Alice Cooper, Ugly Kid Joe and The New Roses!

Danko Jones stand for pure energy: the Canadian power trio around frontman Danko Jones brings a show to the stage that sounds like sweaty, honest rock 'n' roll. With hits such as “Had Enough”, “I Think Bad Thoughts” and “My Little RnR”, they have established themselves as one of the most rousing live bands on the scene. Their uncompromising riffs and the charismatic voice of Danko Jones himself make their shows a must for every rock fan.

H-Blockx offer concentrated crossover power! Since the 90s, the Münster-based band have been stirring up the scene with their explosive mix of rock, rap and metal and have made entire generations go crazy with hits like “Risin' High”, “Move” and “Countdown to Insanity”. Their energetic live shows are legendary - with fat guitar riffs, powerful beats and a stage presence that never stands still for a second. Before they go on their “Fillin the Blank” tour in the fall, they will deliver a show exclusively at BOBfest that will give every rock fan the ultimate adrenaline rush!

Thundermother bring the spirit of hard rock straight from Sweden to BOBfest! The four musicians stand for loud guitars, driving beats and an attitude reminiscent of AC/DC and Motörhead. With songs like “Whatever”, “Driving In Style” and “Bright Eyes”, they have firmly established themselves in the international rock scene and show that rock music is just as wild, raw and untamed as ever in 2025. The power women are currently on tour in Europe with their new album “Dirty & Divine” and are rounding off their tour with a bang at BOBfest 2025.
