Nothing More unveil deluxe version of their latest album “Carnal” this Friday

Hi and welcome to Lila's news!

Just when you think Nothing More can no longer surprise you, they go one better. Standstill? No way! The band remain true to their reputation and this Friday present an extended version of their acclaimed album “Carnal” - with a brand new track and exciting new interpretations.

The deluxe version of “Carnal” provides several good reasons to keep listening to the album on repeat. With “We're All Gonna Die”, Nothing More have a song at the start that turns out to be an absolute earworm. The track is bursting with energy, with powerful guitar riffs, driving drums and a chorus that inevitably burns itself into your memory.

A particular highlight is the new version of “Freefall”, which the band recorded together with six-time platinum-selling musician Daughtry. The new interpretation gives the already haunting song even greater emotional depth. The mixture of melancholy melodies and powerful vocals makes for goosebump-inducing moments.

There is also a rousing live version of “Angel Song”, which Nothing More recorded at the Afterschock Festival last year. It features David Draiman, whose unmistakable voice adds an extra dimension to the song. The raw live energy is palpable through every note, and you feel as if you're in the middle of the audience yourself.

The album concludes with two remixes: Matt Good lends “House On Sand” a dark, almost hypnotic note with electronic elements and atmospheric synthesizers, while Justin Deblieck gives “Angel Song” a fresh, dynamic sound that opens up a whole new perspective on the track.

With this deluxe version, Nothing More once again proves its creative versatility. Anyone who thought that “Carnal” was already a masterpiece in its original form will be proven wrong once again here. So, headphones on, volume up - and enjoy!

Check out their merchandise.
