H! Spencer releases new album "Not out, but on"

"H!" and welcome to Lila's review!

Unpolished, natural rock sound meets German - H! Spencer. The five guys from the north are back after four years of album abstinence and present their fans a new masterpiece. Look forward to "Not out, but on".

For exactly six years play H! Spencer serious indie punk together. Their music can be described as fresh as well as unusual and emotional. They do their thing and it sounds really good. Packed in intense words, a buttkickin' rock sound and above all a lot of good humor, this band doesn't let itself be pigeonholed. With their lyrics they get under the skin and leave the listener thoughtful. H! Spencer is a real insider tip for us that you should keep in mind.

"Not out, but on" - Eleven songs are found on the disc, each unique. In their new record, the band speaks openly about fears, failure and the subsequent resurrection. The band shows that despite everything that happens to you, you have to face your problems. H! Spencer combines honest lyrics with a harmonious sound and gives you the feeling of summer. Loud and quiet, emotional and agitated. "Not out, but on" is definitely an album with ups and downs and makes a real mood. About the album tells singer Sven following:

"We know this monster and wanted to compete with him. Finding ourselves is a long, arduous process, but also an enriching one. We find that this monster is part of it, that you don't have to defeat it."

The five guys are native to the countryside. According to the motto "Back to the roots", have become H! Spencer rented a lonely house in the woods for their new record and worked intensively on lyrics there. The whole thing was recorded in the DocMa Sound Studio in Osnabrück from Tobi Schneider that has accompanied the guys for years. The result is a sound that represents exactly what the band stands for.

H! Spencer is currently on the road in Germany. "The Out and On" Tour is already in full swing and includes a total of twelve cities.
