FORGET HELLOWEEN - HERE COMES HELLOWEEN

THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF A NEW ERA

"PLEASE DON'T BREAK UP ANYMORE!"

This was the fervent wish that thousands of hoarse throats Andi Deris, Michael Kiske, Michael Weikath, Kai Hansen, Markus Grosskopf, Sascha Gerstner and Dani Löble on their PUMPKINS UNITED WORLD TOUR shouted out - and their dream has come true. With the upcoming new album, which not without reason simply bears the band name as its title, beat HELLOWEEN open a new chapter of their glorious career after more than 35 years of band history: The future of one of the world's most influential German metal bands will take place together and with three singers from now on - what started as a live idea was the birth of a seven-piece metal alliance in a unique line-up.

Dani Löble to this: "The album is the culmination of the PUMPINKS UNITED journey! To this day, I'm fascinated by the different characters and facets of the HELLOWEEN story, such as the legendary voices of Michi, Andi and Kai. To hear them together now - on one record, under one flag is the ultimate HELLOWEEN experience." It is therefore not surprising that the advance single "Skyfall", a 12-minute epic from the pen of Kai HansenThe longplayer has the long-missed 'keeper vibe' in its luggage - even if the longplayer can by no means be limited to that. "Skyfall" indicates the arc that "HELLOWEEN" and that fans of all eras will love: This first album of a new era leads from unforgotten memories through 15 studio and 3 live albums to new adventures.

A first drumbeat is set "Skyfall", which is about an alien on Earth and a dramatic chase, and where the vocal bar is moved straight into orbit. Kiske, Deris and Hansen engage in breathtaking duels and create a vocal broadband experience, to which director Martin cottager produced the most elaborate clip in the band's history: with 3-D animations and a feature film look, the monumental video is a true high-end experience.

The foundation of this milestone was built in the studio: The drums were recorded on the original kit from Ingo Schwichtenberg was recorded at HOME Studios in Hamburg, using the same controls that were used to record albums such as "Master Of The Rings", "The Time Of The Oath" and "Better Than Raw" were created. Completely analog, the UNITED- force raced under the direction of house producer Charlie Bauerfeind and Co-Producer Dennis Ward to New York to work at the Valhalla Studios of Ronald Prent (a.o. Iron Maiden, Def Leppard, Rammstein) to get the finishing touches. Bauerfeind about the emergence of "HELLOWEEN":

"After over 30 years with the band's various line-ups, I thought I was well prepared for another extremely creative challenge - far from it! With this 'super sized creativity package' in the studio, the result has exceeded my expectations by miles in every way."

So, for all the musical competence, it is also the special enthusiasm that "HELLOWEEN" constitutes -Michael Weikath describes it like this: "It's the incredible meeting of seven musicians who, as friends and even family, create something together that no one would have thought possible. It's like waking up from a sleep and being in the middle of an incredible dream at the same time." Returner Kai Hansen reflected: "Emotionally, it was simply awesome to be back in the studio with my old companions after more than 30 years! But at the same time it was a completely different experience with the 'new' guys. The collaboration of different songwriters and strong characters made the album what it is now: A unique mix with reminiscences from all stages of the band's history. HELLOWEEN is a big part of my life and I'm super excited to finally celebrate the new songs live with our fans!" True from another perspective Markus Grosskopf to: "For me, as one of the last 'survivors' who played every single note from the beginning, it was a fantastic experience and a very emotional process. I think you can actually hear that on the album. I love it."

But formats and formalities aside: "HELLOWEEN" is an album that no other title than the pure band name does justice to, as it stands out from the digital mainstream with a broad chest and condenses both the essence and the potential of this band more intensely than ever before: This is the beginning of something big - here comes HELLOWEEN.

"HELLOWEEN" will be released on June 18, 2021, with advance sales beginning on March 26.

'Skyfall' (single edit) + 'Skyfall' (Exclusive alternative vocals mix). Both songs are exclusive single versions that will not be included on the album. Approx. 20 minutes playing time.

Single 2: Vinyl only
'Skyfall' (single edit) + 'Indestructible' (exclusive album track). Strictly limited version of the new single with exclusive album track.
