Hightower and their latest album "Club Dragon
Heya and welcome to Lila's review!
Today, we want to introduce you to a band that we probably wouldn't have had on the schedule until now, if it wasn't for Jordan (Krod Records), who simply asked us at the beginning of December if he could send us news about his artists. At this point, thanks Jordan!
With "Club Dragon" , Hightower created an album, which we have not heard for a long time. 12 awesome tracks of best punk rock adorn the disc and promise addictive factor. With us at least the plate runs up and down, because the powergeballten pieces are an almost perfect background for a hard and stressful working day.
Our absolute highlight on the album is the track "Kvlt" whose sound immediately put us in a good mood, but on closer listening contains a very thought-provoking text. The whole thing resembles a bit of a paradox, but admittedly a very successful one. But convince yourselves...!
We are sure that in the future we will learn a lot from Hightower and are already looking forward to seeing them live at some point, should they come to our area.
"Club Dragon" is not only musically an extraordinary album, but also visually a real eye-catcher and in our opinion should not be missing in any CD shelf.
