My Immortals.. Welcome to BEHIND THE NOISE!

 

My Immortals, as you have seen on our social media channels, our Starlight Family was once again on the road at this year's Euroblast Festival in Cologne. "Euroblast" - that means 50 bands on three days, killer music, lots of heavy live shows and an atmosphere like we haven't experienced at any other festival so far.... but more about that in our festival report. On day two of our festival visit we were not only able to enjoy good music, but also to meet a lot of cool people. We had the honor to meet the guys from Kadinja before their gig on the mainstage and to get some interesting answers from them. What exactly you can find out in our F2F video interview.

17:40 "Mainstage" - just like us, numerous visitors were already feverishly awaiting the performance of Kadinja and with every minute the hall was filled with more and more people. So we quickly ordered a few cool drinks at the bar and went to the front to get one of the seats directly at the band. Hardly arrived there, the crowd already started to cheer and Kadinja entered the stage. The guys, who were partly reserved in the interview, showed us from the beginning that they can also be different and inspired us with such a crass and energetic performance, which we did not expect. "Chapeau!" Even if the band foundation of the guys is only four years ago and there have already been some changes within the line-up, so it seems on stage as if the guys have been touring together for ages and with their distinctive style and manner are Kadinja already now a

an integral part of your genre. Especially frontman Philippe inspired us with his vocal power and an incomparable stage presence. The only downer of this early evening was that the guys' performance was unfortunately much too short. But for a festival with 50 bands to work, there has to be a tight schedule and so there was no time for encores. Gladly we would have listened to the guys longer and can only recommend to everyone that when Kadinja times in your area should be to visit the guys...... it's worth it. Our studio really enjoyed seeing the guys play on stage and is already looking forward to seeing the band again!
